The Rotary Club of Greenland Silchar marked a significant milestone in its journey of community service with the inauguration of a newly constructed cremation ground at Silcoorie. This meaningful initiative reflects the club’s unwavering commitment to addressing essential civic needs and serving society with compassion and dignity. The solemn yet proud occasion was graced by the august presence of District Governor Dr. Kameshwar Singh Elangbam, whose leadership continues to inspire impactful service projects across the district. Also present was District Governor Nominee Pallavi Maji, along with Assistant Governor (Zone 15) Biswajit Banik, who extended their wholehearted support to the initiative.
