An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind “ ….But at the same time curing an eye will make the world more beautiful !!! A small initiative on this front was made today by Rotary Club of Green Land Silchar by way of organising a Free Eye Check up camp at Women’s college in collaboration with 23 Pally Mahila Sangstha, Choudhury Eye Clinic & Centre for Extention Education. A total of 32 patients were screened in the camp out of which 10 were referred for Cataract surgery which will be also be done free of cost in 2nd phase.
